What to Expect in the Fourth Trimester — a private, in-home class tailored to you. You'll learn what's actually normal, understand the what and why from a biological and developmental lens, and leave with practical ways to navigate it all.
Fourth Trimester / Postpartum Doula Support — hands-on care through those first twelve weeks. Nursing, soothing, sleep foundations, and someone experienced to answer your questions at 2am.
Includes: newborn care · nursing & bottle feeding · lactation support · soothing · sleep foundations · day & night support · 24-hour on-call phone support
