My Services
Here's what I want for every family I work with.
To leave our time together knowing how to solve the problem in front of them — and how to make every decision after it in a way that gets them closer to the parent they want to be.
I work with families from the moment they find out they're expecting through early elementary school — across every challenge, transition, and stage in between.
This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. It never has been.
Every family I work with is different. What works beautifully for one family won't work for another — and that's not a problem. That's the point.
Everything I do is rooted in one thing: regulation. Your child's and yours. When we get that right, everything else becomes more possible.
Where I can help.

What to Expect in the Fourth Trimester — a private, in-home class tailored to you. You'll learn what's actually normal, understand the what and why from a biological and developmental lens, and leave with practical ways to navigate it all.
Fourth Trimester / Postpartum Doula Support — hands-on care through those first twelve weeks. Nursing, soothing, sleep foundations, and someone experienced to answer your questions.
Includes: newborn care · nursing & bottle feeding · lactation support · soothing · sleep foundations · day support · 24-hour on-call phone support
-
Most advice sends you to one of two extremes: wait it out, or cry it out. Neither gives you the full picture. I created the Intentional Sleep Teaching Method — a third path that gets your child sleeping independently without leaving them alone in their distress or abandoning your values.
This isn't a three-night fix. It's a framework you'll understand well enough to use every time a regression hits.
Covers: newborn sleep · sleep associations · independent sleep · toddler regressions · night weaning · illness & travel setbacks
-
Most challenging behavior isn't defiance. It's a nervous system in fight-or-flight. When a child is dysregulated, they cannot learn. And when you're dysregulated, you can't help them either.
I help families understand what's happening, build co-regulation tools, and develop strategies that work with their child's development — not against it.
Covers: co-regulation · infant self-soothing · toddler tantrums · big emotions · boundaries · your own regulation as a parent
-
Toddlers are opinionated, enthusiastic, boundary-testing little humans — and understanding what's driving that behavior makes all the difference. I help you decode what's developmentally normal and build strategies that hold up beyond the moment.
Covers: tantrums · discipline · picky eating · transitions · new siblings · preschool · peer interactions
-
The most common mistake isn't the method — it's starting before a child is ready. I'll help you read the signs, build a step-by-step plan tailored to your child, and stay with you through the whole process.
Includes: readiness assessment · personalized plan · in-person or phone support · troubleshooting setbacks
-
Babies can communicate long before they can speak. Teaching a handful of simple signs dramatically reduces frustration for both of you — and opens up a whole new level of connection.
